Key responsibilities for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner include:

• Providing a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for children to learn, play, and develop
• Creating engaging activities to facilitate learning through play
• Building relationships with key children and recording their interests and achievements through observations
• Communicating effectively with parents and carers

Qualifications and qualities required:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare
• Extensive knowledge of the EYFS
• Commitment and dedication to the role and the children
• A positive, proactive attitude to problem-solving
