  • Identifying and addressing potential areas of improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Continuous Improvement Practitioner should have:

  • A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a public sector or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (green/black belt), or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
