Job description

Job Title: Flexible Supply Teachers

Location: East of England, Essex, Basildon

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £120 - £200 Per day

Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students based on the curriculum
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with different learning styles
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Good knowledge of the UK education system and curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different school environments

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • A relevant degree in Education or a related field
  • Previous experience in teaching or working with children
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of teaching best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in specific subject areas
  • Experience in working as a supply teacher or covering various subjects
