To be a successful Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation, and achieve performance targets. Every day will be varied, fast paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding. About the Role:
  • Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achieved.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
  • Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to excel is central to your leadership.
  • Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes through continuous improvement, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards.
  • Strive to ensure stock is beautifully presented and available to customers promptly.
