This job involves:

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

1. ServiceNow Development: Responsible for delivering complex technical solutions within the ServiceNow environment, ensuring the outcomes meet business needs.
2. ServiceNow Platform Support: Undertake operational activities including resolving platform-related incidents, version upgrades, housekeeping, and proactive maintenance.
3. Peer Checking: Review colleague's deliverables to ensure outcomes follow best practices and meet standards.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, define solutions, and agree on the definition of done.
5. Team Planning and Review: Participate in team DevOps ceremonies (sprint planning, show and tell, sprint review, etc.) providing valuable input.

Essential Experience:

1. Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, specifically with core ITSM and ITOM modules, designing and delivering technical solutions.
2. Experience integrating external platforms/data into ServiceNow following best practices.
3. Experience with at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript, or Python.
4. Preferably experienced with ServiceNow modules such as HR, SecOps, CMDB, or Virtual Agent.
5. Experience using ServiceNow Catalogue Builder and Flow Designer components.
6. Experience working within a DevOps environment, understanding related processes and controls.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
