Station Systems Technician Early & Late Shifts (Level 4)United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts who are proud of their impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex, critical infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating between Earlies 6am-6pm and Lates 12pm-12am.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attending maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and station communication systems
• Using field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Liaising with Telent Service Centre for task updates

Ideal candidate:

This is an entry-level role suitable for hands-on individuals eager to learn, with experience in similar roles or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures.

Key requirements:

• Background in CCTV, IP networking, or electrical systems
• Knowledge of O365 and IT
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability for 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating Earlies and Lates
