  • Location: Sheffield (S8) / Hybrid 2 Fixed Days Per Week
  • Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Dependent on Experience
  • Full Time - Permanent

Role Purpose:

Supporting, engaging, and managing clients' use of our vending management system to improve profitability and efficiency.

Weekly Responsibilities:
  • Responding to support queries via phone and email
  • Providing accurate, customer-focused responses
  • Escalating issues when necessary
  • Communicating effectively and finding resolutions
  • Assisting with software testing and implementations
  • Supporting across platforms: Windows Desktop, SQL Server, Android, RDP/RD Web
  • Escalating complex issues and managing client support via Zoho Desk and CRM
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in customer-facing IT/support roles
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Android
  • Organizational skills and willingness to learn
