Salary: £50,000 + Bonus up to 15% + Life Assurance + 25 days holiday plus BH

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 6-2 | 2-10 | 10-6 (early finish Fridays)

Location: Runcorn, Cheshire

We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead within a fast-paced, fully automated manufacturing environment and develop Front Line Operatives.

Key Highlights:

• Company has experienced nearly 20% YOY growth over the past four years.
• No weekends required, with occasional shifts only if demand is extremely high.
• Competitive salary of £50,000, plus a bonus of up to 15% and additional incentive schemes.
• Lead a talented team of four section leaders and a wider team of approximately 40 for mentorship and development.
• Three shift pattern – 6-2, 2-10, 10-6 with early finishes on Fridays for both 6-2 and 2-10 shifts.
• Reporting to a highly experienced Ops Director who values your time and insights.
