Job Description:

Holts Gems, a heritage jeweller based in Hatton Gardens, is seeking a Jewellery and Gemstone Sales Assistant to support our team since 2006. We are known for our craftsmanship and bespoke creations, with a team of award-winning designers, gemmologists, and lapidaries.

Are you passionate about fine jewellery and love helping clients bring their dream pieces to life? We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual who enjoys sales and wants to deepen their knowledge of gemstones, valuations, and the jewellery industry.

This is a full-time role with occasional Saturday availability required.

What We're Looking For
  1. At least one year of experience in jewellery retail is essential
  2. A qualification in Gemmology is an advantage
  3. A confident communicator in person, over the phone, and via email
  4. A keen eye for detail, capable of overseeing bespoke commissions and ensuring high standards
  5. A team player willing to assist with day-to-day tasks, marketing, and client communication
