Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant or qualified by experience with 5+ years in practice.
  • Strong knowledge of FRS102 & FRS102A required.

Job description

We are recruiting a qualified or qualified by experience accountant to join our busy accounts office in Wolverhampton.

The candidate will be working alongside one of our partners whilst managing their own portfolio of clients.

Brief Job Description
  1. Completion and review of a wide variety of accounts for small and medium sized companies
  2. Reviewing the work of the Accounts team
  3. Offering feedback & developing the team
  4. Supporting the Partners with day to day duties
  5. Managing a portfolio of clients
  6. Attending meetings and taking ownership of clients
  7. Working to deadlines to ensure that client needs are met as well as internal budgets
  8. Taking a strong ownership of the quality of work produced
Minimum Qualifications Requirements for the role
  1. ACCA or ACA qualified or qualified by experience
  2. Minimum of 5 years recent experience working in a relevant position in practice
  3. Experience with FRS102 & FRS102A
