Software Manager - .Net

Norwich - Hybrid

Salary up to £90k (doe)

Currently looking for an experienced hands-on Software Manager to guide and inspire a new talented team of developers. If you're passionate about driving team success and delivering high-quality software, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  1. Guide and motivate a team of software developers helping them deliver large-scale, high-quality solutions.
  2. Ensure the team adheres to best practices, coding standards, data privacy, and compliance.
  3. Play a key role in shaping technical strategies and ensuring delivery aligns with broader business goals.
  4. Continuous improvement in code quality, security, and system performance.
  5. Help grow the team by identifying and hiring top talent.

About You
  1. We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, leadership experience, and a passion for driving results.
  2. Solid experience in software development, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  3. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining focus on quality and delivery.
