  7. Organize team activities to support target achievement and provide feedback on objectives and progress.
  8. Act as the primary liaison with the leadership team regarding team performance and KPI progression.
  9. Support and guide the development of others as needed.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and attributes:

  1. Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
  2. Desire and ability to progress to Certificate level development opportunities (e.g., NVQ 3 or equivalent).
  3. Self-motivation with a drive to improve performance continuously.
  4. Willingness to embody our company values.

This role reports to the Shift Manager.
