Are you interested in making a difference? We have a rewarding opportunity available for a caring and compassionate administrator to join our friendly mental health team, who support people with mental health difficulties across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

City West CMHT is a neighbourhood community mental health team based in Braunstone. You will be joining a supportive administrative service and will be encouraged to undertake training and personal development opportunities.

This is a full-time position and will require the postholder to potentially work at different bases across the City (Beaumont Leys Health Centre and the Bennion Centre, Bradgate Mental Health Unit). We may also be able to accommodate some remote working, although the posts are predominantly based on site.

  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to liaise with service users in a calm and compassionate manner both face to face and on the telephone
  • The ability to work positively and proactively as part of the wider administrative and clinical teams
