Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Richmond Villages Cheltenham, Hatherley Lane, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 6PN

Salary range: £27,800 per annum - Paid Breaks

Contract: Permanent position

Shift Pattern: Full-time employment, 40 hours per week across 5 days (08:00-16:00), with flexible shift patterns including alternate weekends

This hands-on role involves working closely with the housekeeping and laundry team, reporting to the Head of Hospitality. Responsibilities include team development, scheduling, stock management, and being the primary contact for residents and families. The role oversees the cleanliness, presentation, and safety of the village's interior. Dressing show suites and rooms to a high standard is desirable.
