About the Company: As SplashBI continues its expansion in the UK, Europe and Asia we are expanding our pre-sales team and seeking a highly skilled Sales person with over 5 years of experience in client engagement, solution demonstrations, and driving sales opportunities for BI and analytics solutions.

Overview

NOTE: This role does not have to be based in UK, but could be based in Europe

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. He/she will be responsible for driving sales of our AI-driven enterprise reporting and analytics solutions in the European market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling ERP, HCM, or BI and Enterprise Analytics solutions and possess exceptional sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Assisting in development of a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for our AI-driven enterprise reporting and analytics solutions in the European market.
  • Conduct product presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the solutions.
  • Understand client requirements, provide customised solutions, and effectively negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Collaborate with the BDR, Pre sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns, including lead generation activities and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to ERP, HCM, or BI and Enterprise Reporting & Analytics solutions.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in selling ERP, HCM, or BI and Analytics solutions, preferably in the European market.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, HCM, BI, reporting, and analytics, concepts, especially the Oracle environment.
  • Ability to speak in multiple European languages: German, French, Italian or Spanish as examples.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to effectively manage the sales process.
  • Willingness to travel globally for client meetings and industry events as required.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field would be beneficial.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally with a focus on selling ERP or BI solutions.
  • Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
