Salary - £28,629.00 per annum (pro rata for Fixed Term Contract) plus pension and company benefits

We have an excellent opportunity for a friendly and reliable Driver, to join the team at our Brewers Decorator Centre in Bromborough on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, to provide exceptional service to our customers in our store. You will play a vital part in helping serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly - experience with our products isn't necessary, if you bring great customer service and team working skills to the table, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.

Located on Bromborough Village Road, our Bromborough PaintWell store proudly serves local homeowners and trades people with the broadest range of decorating materials - customers will find everything they need in store including trade and designer paints from a wide variety of brands and all of the decorating materials needed to complete their home décor projects. Part of the Brewers Group, PaintWell are dedicated to delivering high quality products and expert advice to all of our customers. The branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5:30pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm.

As a Driver with Brewers, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Make contactless deliveries to customers in and around the local area driving our Company Transit van
• Provide exceptional service to customers in branch, to deliver upon our reputation for quality Brewers service
• Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store
• Keep our store organized and safe, in line with company standards
• Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
• Mix paint for Customers, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch network
• Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service
• Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales

• Familiar with Bromborough and the surrounding area
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality
• Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can always be relied upon to work as an individual
• Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry
• Full clean driving license
• Previous driving experience advantageous although not required
• Previous retail experience or product knowledge would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidate
