Job Description:

Role: Barista

Salary: £13.50 per hour

We’re looking for our barista team to help cover full service hours from 8am to 4pm. Whether you’re seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

As part of our contract catering team, you’ll serve more than just coffee — you’ll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Providing friendly, professional service with a smile
• Supporting light food prep, restocking, and maintaining the café area
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous barista or café experience (training provided if needed)
• A passion for great coffee and customer service
• Reliable, confident, and team-oriented
• Calm and proactive, even during busy times
• Flexible across shifts, including early mornings and lunchtimes
