Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of (re)insurance and broader international agreements
Providing legal advice to stakeholders within the business on key strategic initiatives, data protection, and new product/service development projects
Counselling business units on day-to-day legal issues and risk management
A broad array of ad hoc legal advice, acting as point of contact for the organisation where needed

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be:

Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales, NQ - 3 PQE
Experienced as a broad Commercial lawyer
Ideally experienced in the Financial Services / Insurance industry
Excellent at legal drafting
Commercially aware
