We’re working exclusively with a long-standing client to recruit a Sales Negotiator for their well-established office in Barnard Castle . This is a great opportunity to join a professional and supportive team handling a varied portfolio of residential properties.
Previous experience in estate agency is welcome but not essential . If you have a background in customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn, we’d encourage you to apply.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:30pm; Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm; and every other Saturday, 9:00am to 1:00pm, with time off in lieu provided.
Key Responsibilities:
·Greet and assist visitors to the branch
·Register applicants and maintain accurate records
·Coordinate and follow up on property viewings
·Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers
·Support with property launches and marketing
·Work with the wider team to progress sales smoothly
·Stay up to date on the local property market
About you:
·Experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role
·Confident communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
·Good written skills and attention to detail
·Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office
·Organised and able to manage a varied workload
·Team-oriented with a proactive approach
·Full UK driving licence and access to a car
·An interest in property and the local area
