We are looking for Relief Support Workers to join our Service based in Seaford. Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Flexibility is essential as shifts vary across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and sleep-ins. A positive attitude and quick thinking are important, as the role can be challenging but rewarding.

What does a Relief Support Worker do?

You will provide support that helps individuals live more comfortable, dignified, and happy lives, including:

  • Supporting independence – managing budgets, paying bills, housework, appointments, and cooking.
  • Relationship building – helping individuals understand their world and fostering positive relationships.
  • Community & Social Inclusion – enabling participation in community activities to promote life skills and individuality.
  • Personal care – assisting with daily routines, medication, bathing, and bathroom needs, depending on the role.
