Technology Support II - Markets Technology

As a Technology Support III team member in Commercial and Investment Banking (CIB) Technology - Markets Technology team, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows.If you are passionate about technology and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor environments and address issues to improve operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement solutions and improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve challenges.
  • Build strong relationships to enhance service delivery.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
