Job Description
Liaise with external auditors, managing the audit process to ensure completion within the required deadlines.
Lead and manage the accounting, transaction, and payroll teams.
Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, corporation tax, and PAYE returns.
Take overall responsibility for the accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of month-end management accounts.
Own and review balance sheet reconciliations, identifying risks and opportunities and making recommendations.
Prepare statutory accounts and assist in reporting to lenders/shareholders.
Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including debtors, creditors, and banking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to convey financial information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requests simultaneously.
