Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to sell the Vascular portfolio by providing hands-on clinical support and education to Doctors. The Clinical Support Specialist, Vascular Division, Aortic will be the clinical expert within the Vascular team.

Reporting to: Division Regional Business Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop an excellent knowledge of the product portfolio and related devices.
  • Provide service to clinical customers, including case planning and support, presence in the OR to assist staff, and executing product roll-outs.
  • Present new technologies and uncover opportunities within the account.
  • Provide technical product training to clinical customers and team members.
  • Inform Regional Business Manager, Commercial Business Manager, and Account Specialists about developments and trends.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to division personnel.
  • Evaluate new product ideas and facilitate communication with sales and account managers.
  • Distribute and ensure understanding of new or updated product information.
  • Participate in relevant exhibitions, meetings, and lectures, sharing information with the team.
  • Provide written reports to the Regional Business Manager as needed.

  • Ensure all quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements are met.
  • Conduct business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards and policies.
  • Develop relationships with key accounts and physicians.
  • Collaborate with sales team and support functions to serve customers and patients effectively.
  • Meet or exceed objectives in collaboration with the Account Specialist.

Qualifications

  • Relevant clinical support experience and knowledge of procedures are desirable.
  • Ability to interpret clinical data and communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational, networking, problem-solving, and numeric skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English and other relevant languages.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively (average 3-4 overnights per week).
