Responsibilities:

1. Manage hotel and ground transportation procurement for clients.
2. Create hotel market analyses, identify industry trends, and source multiple destinations.
3. Negotiate with hotels and transportation providers, and track financial data.
4. Gather hotel data (names, addresses, contacts, star ratings) using internal databases and online sources.
5. Manage RFP processes via API’s platform, JET, to secure rates, concessions, and contracts.
6. Research hotel options and maintain data in Salesforce.
7. Analyze market trends to optimize scenarios for airlines and hotel partners.
8. Create detailed destination presentations demonstrating savings and revenue goals.
9. Coordinate hotel site inspections domestically and internationally as needed.
10. Manage crew feedback through our online portal, ensuring timely responses within SLAs.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Additional Details:

• Position is full-time, Monday to Friday, during standard business hours, with some overtime expected.
