We’re looking for a registered nurse with excellent leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders – from pharmacists and practitioners to NHS providers and services.

You’ll be an effective and visible leader for junior staff, maintaining high standards and ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.

With your person-centred approach and commitment to recovery, you’ll develop individual care plans based on comprehensive assessment and recovery planning. As a confident communicator, you will thrive in carrying out assessments and communicating the full range of treatment options to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work as part of a team to develop individual care plans through assessment and recovery planning.
  2. Assess health needs using an evidence-based framework and review medication for therapeutic effectiveness.
  3. Deliver a range of treatment options, including clinical and psychosocial interventions, in group and 1-1 settings.
  4. Demonstrate knowledge of health issues and treatment options.
  5. Collaborate with GPs, other nurses, and management to shape high-quality services.
  6. Provide leadership to junior staff, maintaining professional standards and adherence to policies.
  7. Undertake non-medical prescribing within the service, ensuring compliance with policies.
  8. Support first night prescribing.
  9. Assess, diagnose, advise, and provide care to patients, demonstrating relevant knowledge and skills.
