An established industry player is seeking a Holiday Camp Assistant Manager to join their vibrant team. In this role, you will support the Holiday Camp Manager in providing a nurturing environment for children aged 5 to 11. We are looking to appoint a Holiday Camp Assistant Manageron a fixed term basis, starting from 7 July 2025.
Alleyn’s Holiday Camp is a vibrant and successful multi-activity programme for children aged 5 to 11, operated by Alleyn’s School Enterprises Limited (ASEL). ASEL manages the commercial use of the School’s facilities outside of core hours, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
As a Holiday Camp Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Holiday Camp Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the camp. You will help provide a safe, nurturing, and enjoyable environment where children can engage in a wide variety of sports, creative arts, games, and daily swimming sessions. You will assist in delivering a range of activities aimed at helping children develop new skills, build confidence, and form lasting friendships. Each day is thoughtfully planned to ensure every child can find something they enjoy, with children encouraged to contribute their own ideas for games and activities.
