Job Title: Customer Supply Chain Support

Location: 4702 N 124th St, Wauwatosa, WI 53225

Shift: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Overview:

As a Full-time Customer Supply Chain Support, you will engage in activities to support and improve the customer's supply chain performance at the onsite business. This entry-level position offers a foundation in customer relationship management and operations, with potential for schedule flexibility after onboarding, training, and achieving performance goals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Responding to and coordinating resources for customer requests
  2. Managing inventory
  3. Placing and fulfilling orders
  4. Receiving and shipping inventory
  5. Executing inventory fulfillment at the customer facility
  6. Sourcing and quoting products
  7. Participating in continuous improvement activities and implementing new processes
  8. Reporting the value of supply chain activities to the customer
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Currently pursuing or possessing a degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or equivalent industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Strong math skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
  • Motivated, self-directed, customer service oriented
  • Comfortable in a sales-oriented environment
  • Aligned with core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
  • Ability to lift packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 75 lbs
  • Pass drug screening (applicable in US, Puerto Rico, Guam)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements
  • Interest in career advancement
