About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP BTP Technical Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in journey to migrate Swissport SAP ECC to S4/Hana, designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integrated with SAP ECC 6.0 with Hana Database and then in the future SAO S4/Hana instance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement SAP BTP integrated solutions to meet business requirements, initial solutions to be implemented in actual SAP ECC 6.0 with Hana DB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP BTP with existing systems and applications
• Provide technical expertise and support for SAP BTP-related projects and initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BTP applications and infrastructure
• Optimise performance and ensure scalability of SAP BTP solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP BTP features, best practices, and industry trends
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP BTP solutions and processes
• Provide training and guidance to team members and end-users on SAP BTP technologies
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP BTP-related processes and methodologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with SAP technologies, with at least 2 years focusing on SAP BTP
• Strong proficiency in SAP BTP core services, including Cloud Foundry, HANA, and Integration Suite
• Experience with SAP BTP development tools such as Web IDE, Business Application Studio, and SAP Cloud SDK
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP BTP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP BTP)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP systems
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools
• Familiarity with UI development frameworks such as SAPUI5 and Fiori
• Experience with data modelling and database management in SAP HANA
