Job Description

  • Overseeing administrative procedures and processes within the education industry.
  • Managing office staff and ensuring smooth operation of the office environment.
  • Organising meetings, managing diaries, and maintaining the office calendar.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
  • Supporting the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  • Acting as a point of contact for staff, students, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient communication and work flow.
  • Implementing and monitoring office policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Office Manager able to start Immediately
  • A strong background in office management or a related field.
