Are you an experienced and entrepreneurial Commercial Technology Partner seeking an exciting opportunity to advance your career with an outstanding firm?

The Role:

You will be an established Partner with expertise in technology contracts, outsourcing, implementation projects, data, cybersecurity, or general commercial work within the technology sector. This is a strategic hire to strengthen the firm's technology practice.

You will lead the Edinburgh team and will have the authority to develop a team and maximize your practice as you progress through the partnership.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: An established Partner with a strong client base and portable business. You should be capable of generating new business and maintaining relationships. A proven track record in client acquisition and retention is essential.
• Core Skills: Extensive experience in commercial technology and data law, including technology contracts, outsourcing, implementation projects, and cybersecurity. Knowledge of IP and commercial law in technology sectors is required.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to support and develop junior team members. You should contribute to the growth of the practice and the firm.
• Team Collaboration: A collaborative, team-oriented approach, eager to contribute to the firm's success.
