As an HR Apprentice, you will work closely with the HR Director, gaining experience and guidance as you build your career in Human Resources. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Apprentice to join our small, supportive team and gain hands-on experience while working towards a CIPD Level 3 qualification.
As an HR Apprentice, you'll play a key role in supporting the entire employee life-cycle from recruitment and onboarding to career development and compliance. You'll work closely with managers to implement a staff bank and support both medical and administrative staffing processes.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical HR experience, develop essential skills, and contribute to an organization that values its people.
