Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Test Manager - AI to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Cheshire area. As the Test Manager - AI, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of an AI-enabled helpdesk testing project for internal stakeholders. This project aims to deliver a Unified Service Experience through the implementation of Moveworks in combination with ServiceNow and the client’s enterprise platform landscape.

Moveworks is a new tool, so prior experience with it is not required, but experience with ServiceNow is essential.

Please note this is an initial 6-month contract, outside IR35, with the possibility of 2-3 days per week of remote work.

The budget for this role is £575 per day (please note the client cannot go above this rate).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of software testing services within internal IT projects and programmes to meet business needs. Experience with Moveworks is not required, but experience with ServiceNow is essential.
• Create and implement test strategies and plans at project and/or release levels. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor testing teams, promoting agile practices and implementing best testing methodologies.
• Support and lead testing across various project methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, V-Model, and SAFe.

Role Requirements

To be successful, you should have:

• A relevant degree in an IT-related discipline.
• Proven experience in IT delivery and managing large-scale testing portfolios. Experience with ServiceNow is essential; experience with Moveworks is a plus but not required.
• Practical knowledge of AI-based Helpdesk programs and support areas such as HR, Finance, and Legal.
