  • Interim role for an experienced HR Advisor with good ER skills
  • Three month contract initially, based in Sheffield with hybrid working

Job Description

The key responsibilities for this interim HR Advisor role include:

  • Providing expert advice on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Coordinating and conducting HR training sessions
  • Contributing to the development of the HR department
  • Managing employee relations issues
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Supporting recruitment efforts and onboarding process
  • Participating in ad-hoc HR projects

The Successful Applicant

The successful Interim HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR advising within the public sector
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
