Location: (New Branch Location TBC but likely North or West Hertfordshire)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary GBP40k-GBP50k -dependent on a combo of physio and management experience with scope to increase based on successful growth of that clinic.

They are excited to expand their services and continue the mission of enhancing the healthspan of their community.They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join their team and be involved with the development and then leadership of the clinical operations at their new branch (Location TBC)

Job Summary:
The Clinical Lead Physiotherapist will be responsible for overseeing the clinical services at our clients' new branch. This role involves managing a team of physiotherapists, ensuring high standards of patient care, and implementing evidence-based practices. The Clinical Lead will also play a key role in developing treatment programs, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the clinical team, providing supervision, mentorship, and support.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to all patients, including auditing of staff performance.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Participate in the recruitment and training of new physiotherapists and support staff.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy to continuously improve service delivery.
Handle administrative tasks related to clinical operations, including scheduling, reporting, and resource management.
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering team cohesion and professional development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
Registered and licensed to practice as a physiotherapist in the UK.
A minimum of 8 years of clinical experience, with at preferable 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions and treatments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of healthcare professionals.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends.
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
