The Role

Our sales assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with our customers. They drive store success through influencing sales, delivering excellent customer service, and sharing their product and brand knowledge.

You will interact with people on every shift, helping to create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Role Expectations

1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
2. Build relationships with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual needs and preferences.
3. Learn and confidently share Pandora’s product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
4. Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
5. Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storage in the correct store areas.
6. Maintain high store standards through effective merchandising and environment upkeep.
7. Operate the till system, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges.
