We're looking for a Category Management Senior Client Lead who expects more from their career. Joining our Tesco Retail team, you'll work with world class and passionate people, collaborating with data scientists and retail team colleagues to deliver for the client and dunnhumby. You'll be at the forefront of innovation within dunnhumby, delivering crucial projects that lay the path for new data science and products. What you'll be working on
  • Delivery of key Tesco projects directly into the Category and Space, Range and merchandising teams at Tesco.
  • Educating stakeholders in understanding new complex data solutions whilst embedding new ways of working.
What we expect from you
  • Experience in building strong, trusted client relationships and quickly embed yourself in Tesco's head office (in Welwyn Garden City).
  • Experience in analysing data to solve challenging problems and deliver business value.
  • Category management knowledge, understanding and experience.
  • Experience in an FMCG retailer, supplier or consultancy.
  • Experience in leading or supporting strategic projects, ideally involving delivery through other teams such as data science and technology.
  • Great communication skills, a strong collaborator who thrives in a supportive team.
  • Self-starter who is curious and driven to uncover new opportunities and evolve processes.
  • Agility and confidence working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple priorities from multiple stakeholders and prioritise workload accordingly.
