Job description

Cover Supervisor

Ludlow

5 days a week

As a Cover Supervisor, you will provide vital support to teaching staff throughout the school, relieving them of specific duties. This includes class supervision, delivery of pre-prepared lessons during the absence of the timetabled teaching staff, invigilation of examinations, and collaboration with our flexible learning centre to support students in a small group setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, preferably in a school setting, and possess knowledge and expertise in behavior management strategies for classroom settings. For the right individual, there may be progression opportunities to handle day-to-day cover arrangements.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
