Job Description

Support Worker, Wolverhampton Council, Childrens Services Team - Must be a Support Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Support Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team.

Our client is looking for a Support Worker with 2 years+ UK experience within a Children’s team.

The responsibilities will include:

  1. Direct work with children and families.
  2. Experienced professional who has a history of working within family support, youth, social care services, education welfare, elective home education or children missing education to promote better outcomes for children, young people, and families.
  3. Completing comprehensive assessments and plans for children, young people, and families.
  4. Undertaking direct work with children and young people.
  5. Experience of working with children, young people, and families with complex needs.

Additional details:

  • 35 hours per week (flexible by negotiation).
  • Immediate Start.
  • 3 Month Temporary Contract.

The successful candidate will need to hold an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, have a current CRB, and be a car driver.
