About the role:
Our Programme Engineering Manager (PEM) is central to the Engineering team, managing the efforts of a team of engineers with a variety of skills and backgrounds to achieve the required outputs of a complex and challenging programme. You are responsible to the Senior PEM and will work in tandem with the Training Solution Lead (Chief Engineer).
The PEM forms part of the Programme Leadership Team, and will routinely interact with the other functions, though principally the Programme Management Office, Finance, Sub-Contract Management and Commercial.
