About the role

The school is looking for a Teacher of Science to join the successful Science department. As a Teacher of Science at the school you will be responsible for:

  • Teaching across both KS3 and KS4 Science Lessons
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children within the school
  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of the students within the class as well as having a form group
  • Planning, marking, and delivering lessons
  • Working on a full-time basis

Am I suitable?

The successful candidate for the Teacher of Science position will have to have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • ECT applications also welcomed
  • Degree or Higher in relevant field
  • At least 1 year teaching experience to Secondary age pupils
  • Unqualified Teacher applications will be considered if the candidate can showcase a vast experience of teaching GCSE and/or A Level science
