Job Summary:
A Junior Sous Chef position is available to join a successful and growing company at one of their fast-paced restaurants. The role requires a confident chef who is capable of organizing others in the kitchen and who can support the Head Chef. Your responsibility will be to assist in supervising and coordinating the activities of the kitchen staff, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of culinary operations and service of up to 500 covers. You will contribute to food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards.
Requirements:
It is essential that you are a confident leader who has the ability to control service whilst working under pressure. A Junior Sous Chef with good all-round knowledge who is seeking a role in a fast-paced quality kitchen. Knowledge of kitchen paperwork is essential to assist the Head Chef to comply with kitchen legislation.
