Position: Theatre Practitioner - (Scrub) Surgical First Assistant

Location: Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital | Department: Nursing | Type: Fixed-term, Full-time | Includes weekend work

Salary: Up to £39,500.00 per annum, depending on experience plus SFA allowance (if qualified)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

As a Scrub Practitioner/Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will be focused, detail-oriented, empathetic, and possess excellent communication skills. You should be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and have relevant qualifications and experience, including post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment. Being a team player passionate about exceptional patient care is essential.
