Job description

We are seeking a dedicated HSEQ Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will:

1. Participate in incident investigations and assist with internal and external audits.
2. Provide essential details in external systems such as Achilles, FPal, and ESI.
3. Deliver HSEQ training to staff.
4. Analyze non-conformities, accidents, and hazardous incidents to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
5. Monitor the non-conformity and incident reporting processes, ensuring timely distribution of reports.
6. Support project development by creating HSEQ documents and plans.
7. Collaborate with clients to plan safe project execution.
8. Lead and participate in safety meetings, including Readiness reviews and Risk assessments.

Requirements

• Strong passion for HSEQ and a desire to develop a career in this field.
• Experience in marine offshore operations is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in IOSH, NEBOSH, or ISO Internal Auditor is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

This position reports to the HSEQ Lead.
