Job description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Set up and maintain the displays across the store with a wide range of products by following our merchandising principles and display guidelines to ensure they always look their best and appeal to our customers.
  • Support promotional activities and prepare our stores for seasonal events.
  • Build comprehensive knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
  • Work flexibly across the store as required.
  • Be available to serve customers effectively, supporting with questions and proactively offering assistance.

Our stores are fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. They are central to the community, providing value, quality, and service. As a Merchandising Controller, you’ll ensure our store displays are visually appealing to impress our customers.

Eligibility:

  • You must be above the school-leaver age in your country (School leaving age - GOV.UK).
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
  • If the shifts include hours before 6am or after 11pm, you must be at least 18 years old.
