This is a unique opportunity to join an established, independent firm at senior management level, helping to shape the future of sustainable transport and development planning projects across the UK.

The Role

As an Associate Director / Director, you will play a key leadership role in managing projects, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the strategic growth of the business. You will act as a bridge between senior leadership and project teams, mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing transport planning projects, with a focus on development planning and sustainable transport solutions

Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a growing team of transport planners

Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business

About You
