Job Description:

Our client, a leading international Law Firm, is seeking an additional Lawyer to join its Structured and Project Finance Team in Edinburgh.

The Edinburgh-based team, led by an experienced partner, works closely with colleagues across the firm’s global network. They advise a broad range of clients, including banks, energy companies, infrastructure funds, and public sector bodies. This role offers significant client contact, early responsibility, and exposure to high-quality international work.

The ideal candidate will be NQ–2 years’ PQE, with experience gained at a large commercial firm, ideally one with a recognised energy practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience or a strong interest in finance law, particularly within the energy and infrastructure sectors. The work will involve advising on complex, high-value transactions, including renewable energy projects, infrastructure financing, and cross-border advisory mandates.

The firm offers a dynamic environment with genuine opportunities for development and client engagement. If this position is of interest, please contact Teddie or Jade for a confidential initial discussion. (Assignment 17247)
