On behalf of NRS, we are looking for a Service Transition Manager for a 24-month contract based Hybrid in Bristol.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement IT services migration strategies and plans to address the IT services transfer and business change requirements.
2. Coordinate and manage services transition resources and activities.
3. Ensure business and services readiness compliant with acceptance criteria.

Essential Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of IT end user, end user compute, infrastructure, applications and systems migration strategies and principles.
2. Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles.
3. Experience with ITIL framework and service transition processes.
