IS SEEKING A SENIOR SOLUTIONS MANAGER. JOB LOCATION IN REDWOOD CITY, CA. MAY TELECOMMUTE FROM ANY LOCATION IN THE U.S.

JOB DUTIES

1. Make decisions across a wide array of Singtel’s product packages (including new and existing products and services) and Singtel’s technical capabilities to deliver according to various target times, developing necessary capabilities and features through proof of concepts, network design, user acceptance tests (UATs), implementations, maintenance/upgrades, and performance management.
2. Provide pre-sales technical solutions and consultancy involving Singtel’s product packages for Singtel's customers throughout the sales process, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Design and consult on IP PBX and VC technical solutions using Singtel’s technology for Managed Services customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
4. Design and consult on evolving technologies such as SDWAN, IoT, Cloud, 5G/Satellite using Singtel products for enterprise customers.
5. Collaborate with global partners (principals, system integrators, distributors) in the APAC region to deliver end-to-end solutions based on Singtel’s products, negotiating project-specific discounts.
6. Develop technical designs and architectures for ICT solutions packages to conform to technical constraints, ensuring resiliency and cost-effectiveness to win proposals or bids/tenders.
7. Communicate the strengths of proposals, highlighting positive features of Singtel’s products and services.
8. Generate Bill of Materials for voice and video conferencing solutions, detailing technology and conforming to sales policies.
9. Work with stakeholders and partners to ensure solutions are supportable, costed appropriately, and optimized for competitiveness.
10. Ensure an architectural footprint that supports future expansion and integration of additional Singtel products and communication networks.
11. Create high-quality ICT documentation (e.g., Statements of Work, customization records) following Singtel’s procedures and policies.
12. Prepare win/loss analysis for proposals to facilitate continuous improvement.
13. Travel 5-6 times per year to client sites in the U.S. and may telecommute from any U.S. location.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related field. At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Solutions Manager, Solutions Manager, Network Engineer, Programmer/Analyst, Platform Architect, or related role.

SALARY

$202,000/year
