What You'll Do

1. Store Apprentice in Redhill
2. Part-time role: 20 hours per week

We want to inform all applicants that we are unable to consider students for this particular role due to the study component involved.

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Responsibilities

1. Engage with customers: Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
2. Get involved in store operations: Handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves! Our team works closely together, and support is always available.
3. Maintain store standards: Keep the store clean and organised, ensuring everything is ready for customers and safe for colleagues.
4. Learn while working: Complete coursework weekly, supported by your Store Manager and a dedicated apprenticeship coach.
