We are looking for you if you want to help build our first Store in UK and grow the Kapten & Son crew with your future team!

Start Date: 1st of August 2025

That's what you move with us...

  1. The complete store management is in your hands: you accompany the store opening and search for new employees together with us.
  2. After the opening your tasks range from store redesigns to staff planning and feedback meetings.
  3. Together with your future team, you will be responsible for the further development of the customer journey as well as the achievement of target sales in the store.
  4. With your congenial manner you manage to develop, coach and motivate the entire team.
  5. You report directly to our retail manager and are in close contact with our headquarter in Cologne (Germany).

We are looking for candidates who:

  1. have first experience in the leadership of employees.
  2. have already gained several years of experience in retail.
  3. always have an open ear for the needs of your customers and your employees.
  4. can identify with our products and want to work together with a great team.
  5. love to inspire customers with your positive charisma and to improve the shopping experience from day to day.
  6. feel confident in communicating with customers in English.
